Comments for Triumph, The Sport Of KingsE-MAIL: lwillis@mc.net Upon first listen, I thought to myself that Triumph had sadly returned to the adolescent style of hard-rock which initially gained them a fanbase. Repeated listenings have alleviated this fear, however. The lyrical content contains a maturity probably gleaned from many years of touring the wide world, discovering it is better to have integrity than popularity. Few artists manage to keep the former while gaining the latter, a sad commentary of the recording industry. Thank heaven that Triumph went out like real men!
