Comments for Tuff Darts, TUFF DARTS!

Great overlooked album by one of the best bands from the punk era. Solid, catchy songs played with a punk / power pop guitar-edged sound. Good production, though almost too clean. Pick it up if you can find it.

Absolutely a great album! I am surprised by the amount of people who I talk to, who were "around" in the late 70's early 80's who have never heard of the Tuff Darts. Such a pity. The first time I heard Phone Booth Man, I knew it was a cool song. A "must have" for your collection.

I remember hearing "Your love is like Nuclear Waste" on the Dr. Demento Show. I still have my battered copy of the album. My mother was seriously offended by the song "She's Dead". The lyrics go "I tied my tie around her neck. I tied it oh so tight. I tied it so very quickly, she had no time to fight. She's Dead! The Tuff Darts had a sick sense of humor, I like 'em!

Definitely one of my favorite records of all time. Great songs with a great sense of humor as well. Buy it if you can ever find it.
