Comments for Belew, Adrian, Inner Revolution

Though certainly not Adrian's finest work, this is certainly not a terrible album. It is lyrically very strong, and there are some superb moments musically. NOTE: all of the keyboard sounds are actually Adrian on his guitar synthesizer, NOT a keyboard!

This was the first album that my girlfriend really liked. I felt it was also very good work by Adrian and I listen to it all the time.

"Inner Revolution" is sadly neglected. Belew has made an unabashedly poppy album. "Big Blue Sun" harkens back to 70''s ELO. "The War In the Gulf Between Us" has everything going for it. "I want To Be Right here" is just brilliant guitar pop. It will probably disappoint King Crimson fans who dont care too much for the Beatles. I love it. Rich Horton

Probably Adrian`s worst solo album, an abundance of terrible pianoplaying by one of Rock`s greatest guitarist. Lyrically inane, thisalbum perpetuates itself in a formulaic manner. Far and away, thealbum`s finest moment is "Belive in", which is a King Crimsonesquenumber of double helical guitar crafting.
