Essential early 80's synth-pop. Don't overlook. Early Glen Ballard production (later Alanis Morrissette, Aerosmith, Michael Jackson, etc.)

If it wasn't for the great radio airplay of "All I Need", Wagner would have probvably never have released his other three albums. Great record, but true Wagner fans know is that his music is getting better with time. Highlights include "Whenever Hearts Collide" along with the overall great production by Clif Magness and Glen Ballard. There is no doubt this album should be put on CD- it truly gets you in the soft rock mood.

Any pussy that plays on a soap opera shouldn''t even try to make a record.
Wagner`s first album. Most of the songs originated from thesoap opera "General Hospital" where Wagner played the role of"Frisco Jones" -- lead singer of the fictional band "Blackyand the Rift-Raft". The role of "Blacky" was played by JohnStamos of the TV show "Full House". The single "All I Need"received considerable air-play on Adult Contemporary radio stations.
