Comments for Waits, Tom, Heartattack And Vine

Jersey Girl is one of the greatest songs of all-time. I saw Tom and Bruce Springsteen perform it together live in 1980 at the Los Angeles Sports Arena, an experience which I will never forget. Great album!

This album contains a lot of the typical Waits weirdness. It contains a variety of music types but his slower numbers are the ones that shine through. "Saving All My Love For You" and "On The Nickel" are exceptional and "Jersey Girl" is a bonafide classic.
