Comments for Wedding Present, Bizarro

I remember seeing the video for "Kennedy" on 120 Minutes in 1990. I was immediately blown away by this British band's offbeat sound. BIZARRO is a post punk masterpiece as far as I'm concerned. Get it if you can find it.

"Kennedy" might be musically one of favorite songs of all time, but lyrics in tracks like "Brassneck" and "Bewitched" impress as well.

Starred items are actually the "Brassneck" EP, produced by Steve Albiniappended to the CD. Overall a great album, with some low points - "Take Me!" sounds like the ending of the VelvetUnderground`s "What Goes On" looped about twenty times orso, ad nauseum. "Granadaland" and "Kennedy", however, are twoof the WP`s better songs.
