I also find this album to be one of my all time favorites. They sort of remind me of The Beach Boys in a weird sort of way. Overall a teriffic album. Buy this one!

This album is great. "Buddy Holly" is definitely one of the most imaginative videos I've seen in a long time. Go out & buy this album now!

Finally, a new sound. This album has a unique sound. 'My name is Jonas' is great! Check em out!!!

Cool guitar, but the lyrics are cheesy with a capital C! I have Weezer, and I am dissapointed. I am going to wait for their next disc.

This album is great, but most importantly, it's fun music. It's not preachy, or whiny, just absolutley fun music; Especially Surf Wax America. You don't see many bands doing "fun" music these days. "My Name Is Jonas" is one of the best songs I've heard in a *long* time.

The only good songs on this album are Buddy Holly, and Undone-The Sweater Song. But, I'm still glad I bought the album This band sounds GREAT!!!

Weezer are awesome, I heard this album from a mate at uni and decided it was a must have. The only prob with Weezer is that there ain't enough, I want more! If they ever tour NZ i'll be there!

I don't have this one, but I'm planning on picking it up tomarrow, I have DGC rarities though, and "Jamie" kicks ass! Check it out!

If you are ever in a bad mood, trust me and put weezer on. They are the only band around now that doesn't cry and complain every song. Rivers Cuomo writes some of the catchiest songs I've heard in a long time. If you don't have this one, go buy it NOW!!!!!

Great album. Not a bad song on it. It is probably the only album I can listen to it straight through and not have to skip a song.

One word: shallow.

River's heartfelt lyrics backed up by perfect sounding guitars and a great drummer, makes Weezer one of the best new groups out there today. "Say it ain't so" truly kicks ass. There is not one song on that CD to skip over. When can we here more from Weezer?!

What I consider to be the best alternative album. Period. What early sixties rock would sound like today, except on a much higher level, expressed powerfully.

Why do people always have to compare musicians with Nirvana? I donīt think Weezer sound anything like Nirvana! They are so much better. I love Only In Dreams... This is the best band for people who are sick and tired of whinning "gen-x"ers talking about how "bad" they have it. They don't talk about drugs, the government, or any other crap that I really don't need to worry about. I listen to music to relax, not to hear political views uninformed, biased brats. Weezer is that break from all things important. I think that they know that their music has basicly no message as shown by "My Name is Joanas."

Rivers represents the best Harvard has to offer. he is not some foolish hot-headed youth, who jumps around the stage like a ninny. listen to the words and feel the beat in your bone. Weezer could lay claim to the title of best band of the day.

The kid who wrote this on e-Weezer is the shit! This is why weezer is the coolest band; A few days ago someone I know said weezer were a bunch of nerds. and if you were to look at them without knowing who they were, youd probably agree. But in reality, weezer is like the coolest band. They never sing about things they just make up that are gunna make them sound cool, even if it never happened. They never brag, and they dont consider themselves a higher form of life cause theyre rock stars. I went to the concert, and rivers was dressed like such a nerd, they all just looked like they fell out of bed. But afterwards, me and my friends realized that that was byond cool, because they weren't dressing to impress, they were just there, they weren't gunna change to make theyre audience or anyone else think higher of them. it made you feel like you were in the beloved garage just watching them play on some random day, and you were seeing weezer play, not some copy of weezer dressed up and altered to wow the fans. it was great. it was cool. it was fun. it was so amazingly close to the way I normally feel about life. And thats why I think weezer is cool.

Iīm just a girl from Finland who loves Weezer... Itīs really cool and I guess In the Garage tells about me *grin*. Buy or DIE! P.S. And if you want to hear more really good music, listen to Bloodhound Gang or (even better) Finnish band called Apulanta. Youīll love it!=)

i absolutely love weezer! it''s the best. i love every song on this cd, especially "my name is jonas", "surf wax america", and "undone, the sweater song". she is foaming like a bottle of beer.the wave is coming but i ain''t got no fear.

Really cool album. Catchy tunes but aren`t afraid to get a little punky once in a while. Great videos, too (Buddy Holly). Also have a song on the DGC rarities Vol. 1 that`s pretty neat. Pick it up if you can.
