This thing was thrown together by MCA as The Who had left for Warners. The selection is very haphazard, although Hooligans contains some important tracks not found on other compilations, as well as complete lyrics to all its songs. Save your money for 1989`s better-chosen Who`s Better Who`s Best, which also happens to come on only one compact disc (versus two for Hooligans).
