This album jams like the other albums (obviously!). This is definitely a Panic disc to get if you don't have it already. Personal favorite tracks are Weight of the World and Barstools and Dreamers. This album is a great display of Panic's talents and ability to rock like a true band should. Get it now!

Widespread first release shows the funky southern rock that they are known for and is must for anyone who likes this style. You should definetly chceck out Colonel Bruce Hampton and the Aquarium Rescue Unit if you like Widespread Panic. Widespread lovingly refers to Col. Bruce as their father and the old man's music is similiar, but better.

As far as I''m concerned, this is just dull, ordinary hippy drovel that would keep any frat boy in his place. It is no wonder why all their fans smoke pot... A straight mind wouldn''t be able to stay awake through the first track. It''s been done before all too many times. How could anyone ever consider this schlock to be original or unique? I''ll never understand how some music listeners can be so simple. I expect much, much more from a band. With a little innovation, they may one day become tolerable... Yeah, right...
