THE BEST Pat Album if just for Painted Desert alone! Outlaw Blues and Temporary Heroes are unbelievable songs Add in "We Belong" a song that still sends shivers up and down your spine and you will forget that all these other "Ladies of Rock" even exist!!

Quite a departure. Pat gives Chrysalis the bird and makes a record unlike anything we''re used to. She delivers an atmospheric album filled with longing and quiet passion. These songs really get under your skin and linger long after the last song. Vocally the best cuts are "Painted Desert", "temporary Heroes" and "We Belong". I always skip the "Ooh Ooh Song" - not a great moment and should have been delegated to b-side status - IMHO.
For me, the best of Pat`s records. Lot of very good pieces. It`s not a Rock music CD, but "Love in the ice age", "Oohooh song", "A crazy world like this" have a medium-fasttempo.
