Comments for Wonder, Stevie, Innervisions

One of Stevie Wonder`s finest, and part of a series of three albums recorded completely on his own in the early 70s, after fighting tooth and nail for creative control. Not as funky as `Talking Book`, which preceded it, but still contains some great funk, as well as some well-written pop-r&b stuff. Especially notable to newbies for including `Higher Ground`, which some schmucks still think is a chili peppers original. Also of note are `Too High` and `Jesus Children`.
