The term "alternative" in regards to music has become a joke; how could any consider garbage like Pearl Jam "alternative" to anything? Bjork, however, seemingly lives to be "alternative". Like her first album, "Debut", "Post" presents an ecletic mix of dance, pop, big band and classical music without ever sounding disjointed. One of the top albums of 1995.

Bjork's done it again. :) Mind you, it's not as good as the first solo debut album, but songs like Hyper-Ballad and It's Oh So Quiet... there's no question about it, Bjork is still the queen of music!

Please! In response to the entry above mine, Post is by FAR the better of Bjork''s two solo albums. It feels like she is free, whereas the first was rather clausterphobic in the sound. I loved Debut, but Post is one of the best CD''s ever!
Excellent... Tracks 1 & 2 are wild...
