Comments for Edmunds, Dave, DE7

Dave Edmunds chose to make a purposely - eclectic record of roots - rock. This is his finest album. The Bruce Springsteen song "From Small Things" shines. "Me and the Boys", "Bail You Out", and "Other Guys Girls" are great rock tunes. "Deep In the Heart of Texas" is great, despite being described as a misstep. "One More Night" is his very first ballad (and a fine one at that). The album rounds out with Chuck Berry''s "Dear Dad".
