g.love is an inspiration to todays rebirth of blues and funk.

Think of this one as G. Love after hours. The tunes are a little more laid back on this one, with jazzier beats on mostof the tracks. This was recorded live in the studio in New Orleans with producer Jim Dickinson, so it has the reallysmooth Crescent City feel about it. The Rebirth Brass Band also guests on one track. Make no mistake though: theyare still so funky you can smell it! My fave tracks are Sweet Sugar Mama, Kiss and Tell, Tomorrow Night, and Small Fish.
