Comments for Blues Traveler, Four

This album is superb. My favorite tracks on this album are "Hook" and "Just Wait". Both of these songs have catchy tunes, excellent lyrics, and very good technical arrangements. I don't think that there is a bad song on the whole album. Also, I really like the bass player. His tracks are solid, crisp, and blend very well with the songs. I have only recently become a Blues Traveler fan, but after hearing this album, I think I may want to check out some of their older stuff as well.

Blues Traveler figures out how to write hit singles. Unsurprisingly, A&M and MTV have been promoting the hell out of this album. I find it somewhat lacking musically, but the lyrics are still pretty good. In fact, I''m surprised that "Hook" has become a hit, as the song is basically a big insult to that average radio listener!!!

More pop oriented than last three but all in all the samegood Blues Traveler sound.
