Comments for Lush, Split

This is a pretty good album as far as Lush is concerned. If you compare it to most music out there it is totally awesome! The best two tracks are "Kiss Chase" and "When I Die". Miki Berenyi can sing like pure honey.

A great album by one of the best bands to emerge from the 90's Indie scene. 'Light from a Dead Star', 'Lit Up' and 'When I Die' are my favourite tracks. Less punky than "Gala" and a taste of what was to come on "Spooky". Ethereal music at it's very best!!!

Sorry!!! "Spooky" actually came before "Split" didn''t it!?!? What a clutz!!!

A definite maturation from Gala and Spooky. Split is a morepolished album, with deeper emotional lyrics. The albumuses less of the guitar-effects pedals so much in use onthe previous albums.
