Comments for Super 8, Super 8E-MAIL: tlewis.uncc.edu I heard this band open for Fishbone and I was blown away. The next day I went out and bought the album. At first I thought I had picked up the wrong album because on the album they play a little softer, a little clearer that hearing them play live. However, this is one of the best albums that I own. YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS ALBUM. Check out the songs "Pain" and the 2nd Bonus Track "Fly Away".E-MAIL: pot@the.onramp.net This band is far better live than this recordings portrays. The solo album by Bronx style Bob was superior. There are only three tracks worth repeated listening. Super 8 is da shit. With a very natural sounding blend of R&B and Rock that Lennyand Terrance can only dream about, this band is *IT*. With theSilky Smooth Vocal of Bronx Style BoB (known for his solo work and his lead vocals with the Blow-the-roof-off-the-sucka UBER-funk band "Trulio Disgracias") Super 8 slams home with the *REAL ROCK ANDRYTHM than others only pretend at. FOr more modern than Mr. Kravitz, Super 8 is up to date. The may bethe utmost in Alternative-Urban, combining the Vocal mastery of a Babyfacewith the crunch and thrash of Nirvana or Soundgarden.
