This is an excellent effort with uncompromising lyrics and a relevant sound. Dogs combine the flavors of Pink Floyd, Journey, Beatles and The Smithereens to create a collection of songs to reach a wide section of the saved and unsaved society. If you have not heard this band, take the risk and make the purchase. The bass player /co-founder of the group, Jimmy Lee Sloas, has been involved in the production of all of PFR''s musical recorded efforts and that influence is also evident on this recording. Gordon Kennedy, the other founding member, hails from much studio musician work as well as time spent with the band Whiteheart in the studio and on the road. Personally, I cannot wait for their next effort. Enjoy! Wdo
Good 80`s-retro melodic art rock. Very solid debut album.

This is quite simply one of the best albums i have ever heard. The quality of musicianship and production is excellent, and the style shows influences of Pink Floyd and the Beatles (but with a harder edge in the latter case). The high point on the album is the 'Comfortably Numb'-esque 'Do You Know?'. Where are these guys? It's been 5 years since the release of this album, and i've not heard anything of them since. I want more!

These guys are extremely talented! Why aren't they at the top of the charts??? Their music is right on the money, the lyrics are deep and truthful and the message is clear. Where did they go? We want MORE!
