1st Step To Heaven marks DAF`s first step in a new direction. On this album, DAF abandon their hard/terse/minimalistic soundfor a more complex synthpop/dance sound. There are somedark overtones on this album, but mainly it`s pretty lightcompared to the old stuff.---Very Good.
