Comments for Dolphin Brothers, The, Catch The Fall

The Dolphin Brothers are actually Steve Jansen andRichard Barbieri of the band Japan. They sound like a more commercial version of Japan sans the Orientalinfluences. The album has a very crisp, full sound andoffers proof that the duo`s songwriting talents stem beyondtheir former band. They released two singles from this album,"Shining" and "Second Sight", the former being a remix. Theduo abandoned The Dolphin Brothers shortly after this album and becameknow as simply Jansen & Barbieri while taking a lot less commercialdirection.---Good. Recommended.

This is easily the best work they have ever done and Steve Jansen can really sing. Every song a masterpiece, especially "My Winter" and "Pushing the River"
