"Your Love Is What I Am" is also on this album.

"Satan's Butterfly Ball" mentions Van Goeh, who also showed up in "Next Time" on the 1987 "Sold" album. George suggested "Il Adore" as his most beautiful work in his autobiography.

George's most stunning, brave, and honest work - this is basically a companion lp to his autobiography. And, in turn, is mostly a glam/punk album. With the exception of a few orchestral ballads, the style may take some listeners by surprise, but don't be scared off. Learn to fall in love with the Boy all over again. You'll remember why you did in the first place.

My what a pleasant surprise. Nothing like the earlier inoffensible pop (for the most part). Absolutely incredible!

Honourable mention should be given to his autobiography, to which this album is very correctly a companion piece. The book - "Take It Like A Man" - is his brutally honest account of growing up gay in 70's/80's London.

"Il Adore" is beautifully moving.
George`s follow up album to his hit, The Crying Game.
