The meaning of the song is open to thought, but I think "Know Kipsy" is british rime culture with "Go Tipsy"."don`t cry" is an attempt to sound like Roy Orbison."girl with combination skin" is about interracial dating, and is reminisant of "Paradise" by Bow Wow Wow, which George may have written."something strange called love" is an `in love` song, a few dates after "i`m not sleeping anymore", when things are getting serious.
