From 1977 to 1982 I travelled and lived in South America. During this time I learned a lot of music from various places, played with many Latino musicians, toured with bands and after nearly 5 years could begin to feel those latin rhythms becoming part of my being. So I felt it was about time I released a Latin album. "La Luna Llena" was nominated in the NCMEI Dolphin Awards 1995 for World Music.The music is passionate,fiery,uptempo.The syncopated rhythms and intricate harmonies blend sophistication and raw feeling into a soulful accoustic tapestry.
