Barely in her twenties, this Mississippi native now livingin Memphis self-released this EP and will debut on Geffenin the spring of 1997. A fan of Sarah McLachlan who soundssomewhat like the Indigo Girls, Starr received for thisalbum a ***1/2 rating from Bill Ellis of the Memphis COMMERCIAL APPEAL. It`s full of introspective guitar popdeep enough to high dive into, and I recommend it highly.
