Cypher 7 is Jeff Bova and Alex Haas. The disc opened with the cool digi-dub-funk of Message Important, courtesy of a dub-funkybasslines by Bill Laswell. After that, the disc takes on a journey of cool Electronica and isolationist dead-ambient. Quite an interesting listen.
