Comments for Wallace, Sippie, Mighty Tight Woman

This album has some real highlights. Sippie had just recently come out of retirement when this album was recorded in 1967. Recorded with the Jim Kweskin Jug band and the great Otis Spann, the album was deemed to lack hit potential, so it remained unreleased for years. The songs range from the funny to the overtly sexual, recalling Sippie`s roots as a vaudeville performer.
