a tribute to the necessity of skill in art, this album breaks new wind as one of the first (artists?) on the Toronto punk scene to go where all have gone before. The "mom & dad''s basement meets mom & dad''s garage" style of punk may seem tiresome and trivial to some, but upon closer inspection, it exceeds that genre with a flare as repugnant as any arthritic amputee to ever smack a six-string. politiKILL inCOREct could probably duct-tape together some sort of career if only they would garrote their spasmic bassist to death with his patch cord. Bagitch''s ineptitude serves only to highlight another great flaw of this sorry excuse for a band. I predict they will rise from obscurity and contempt to mediocrity and disbelief once they have taken this bold step. Lex 97
