Comments for Campbell, Naomi, Babywoman

Supermodel Naomi Campbell turns in a stunning, yet overlooked debut release. Produced by PM Dawn, Youth, Bruce Roberts and others. Highlights include the singles "Love & Tears" and "I Want To Live" as well as her cover of Zoe`s "Sunshine On A Rainy Day". This CD is only available in Europe, so look through the net for fine import shops that mail order,

This album is utter garbage! Let me first say Ms. Campbell is an extremely beautiful model, and very charming. A combination of her beauty and her personality make her an okay actress, required she doesn't play any characters other than supermodels, divas, or herself. However, good looks and charm did nothing for her album. The production was poor. The vocals were painful, especially on the balads. Also, with a title like Babywoman, how can you expect anyone to take you seriously? Naomi, when you get the urge to put out a sophomore album, just ignore it and create a fragrance like the other supermodels.
