I AM NOT A GAY.I was really surprised when i open this homepage and didnt see any comments. Bronski Beat propably one of the best bands ever in the highest point of their short but fruitful career. Why!! a hymn to free love and sex even too us heterosexuals. You dont have to be gay to listen to this fantastic record.I put it among the five best records in the history of modern music..

This album is the business - the 12" mix of Why? rocks. I would suggest getting the 12" mixes of the I Feel Love/Johnny Remember melody on this album - the single version that was released was greatly enhanced with vocals from Marc Almond, the cake mix is ace. I'm suprised the remix album Hundreds and Thousands is not included here - the Pet Shop Boys may think they released the first remix album, but think again!

This album was written by us in our squat in Camberwell south london. It was recorded in the east end of London, and mixed at various studios in New York and London Jimmy came up with the name, during the recording session, praise to Jimmy, and it was a great time for us all.
