Comments for Tipton, Glenn, Baptizm of Fire

This album is amazing! It''s got old Black Sabbath type heavy rhythms, with just the right mixture of head banging speed thrown in on top, along with some great (short) lead guitar - and, to top it all off, catchy hooks. Then add in all the excellent musicians who appear - Billy Sheehan, Cozy Powell... I love it! It''s one of the best heavy metal albums I''ve ever heard. This is what heavy metal SHOULD be.
Strange, fresh, unusual, not expected? What can I say about Glenn Tipton solo "debut" albumit`s not Judas Priest, it`s not thrash, doom, death, hardcore, grind, hip hop, alternative(maybe a little grunge under), maybe heavy metal with an attitude for the 90`s it`s the bestdescription of the album. Musically the album is wonderful, very good played, artistically made itand with a "crunch" that made you ask for more (maybe in a future). Anyway it`s a must be buynot only for Priest fans, but also for metalheads everywhere. Enjoy it!
