The Red Shoes is a very underestimated album. I think it is absolutely fabulous. In a way it is a continuation of The Sensual World, but it is also much more playfull and full of swing. The only drawback is its recording/production quality, which is much worse than Kate''s other albums. But still I think it one of her best records (aren''t they all...?). By the way: it would like to hear Kate sing a few straightforward rock songs, for a change.
