Rainbow alley is my favorite selection.

This folk duo performs all original material written by Steve Nebel. The songs feature catchy melodies, augmented with tight vocal harmonies. Favorite cuts: "Birds of Winter," about (as the liner notes state) "the courage of daily survival for ordianry people"; "Big Floppy Hats," a sweet, loopy little number about Steve`s whimsical version of a perfect world; and "Rainbow Alley," an paean the halcyon days of youth --- of particular sentimental value to anyone who is a graduate of the Evergreen State College.
