Comments for Bodines, Played

As the guitarist on this LP, all I can say is that I''m glad you liked it. Ta ta Paul

Still my fave album - quality throughout.
One of the best pop albums ever released. The Bodines were part of the C86 scene in England (Mighty Lemon Drops, Soup Dragons, Shop Assistants, etc...). Although several of the bands involved survived the backlash and are still around, The Bodines released this one record and broke up. Every song on this record is a pure pop gem and worth the trouble it will take to find it. It was released on CD but copies are scarce at best. The vinyl version is easier to find but even then... Definitey in my top 10 of all time.

Great album, Paul you may not remember me - very slim chance (Adam Rockingham) Dave Wilsons stepson went on to be in a band myself. Need to get hold of a copy of Played but am struggling. I got a free copy back in the 80s but now sad 35 year old.
