Comments for Horslips, The Tain

Horslips were a folk-rock band from Ireland who were popular on the college circuit in the mid seventies. This album is, in my opinion, their best and the one they were playing when I saw them in "the days of my youth", Star track is Dearg Doom - grow your hair and bang your head.

anyone who loves the whole ulster cycle will love horslips. they have captured the spirit of the legends in lyrics and music,simply wonderful.
