Comments for Rackets and Drapes, Candyland

I think that it is great to have a Christian gothic rock group in the world. This is a great CD that has influenced me greatly. Why should Satan have all the good music?

Rackets and Drapes are a new gothic harcore christian band out. They tend to sound like Marilyn Manson and a little like White Zombie. They sing about issues like in baby killer it talkes about abortion. They wear makeup and look scary but it does not say anything wrong with that in the bible. They are a revolution to the christian music scene and if they can keep up there work they will influence more people to the love of God.

wow. At first I was surprised at it's direct but seemingly shallow texts, but trust me, they're fairly deep once you really listen. The music is shocking, honest and sorely needed IMHO. What this band sings about is pretty much what most others don't dare. They are often compared to Manson, NIN, White Zombie and the like, and while there are similarities I must stress that this band is no copycat band. It's music is original and quite fresh. Keep it up R&D! Keep rocking for Jesus!

i havent heard they're music yet but everybody is sayin they are like Manson so they must be good. if they are anything lik Disturbed, Mettalica, Marilyn Manson, or Korn then email me or sumtin before i buy the cd. thnx

hey i finally got the cd and it kicks ass. it is much better than any other hard rock/metal band iv ever heard. everybody should own a couple copies of this cd.
