Dave Ray is best known for his recordings on the Elektra label during the the 1960s. But it was in the 1990s--not the 1960s--when he was really at his peak, and this 1999 CD is one of the recording that proves it (along with "Picture has Faded" (1993) and "Ashes in My whiskey" (1990)).
