Comments for Can, Ege BamyasiE-MAIL: mcfarsc@springfield.grumman.com E-MAIL: mcfarsc@springfield.grumman.com Probably their most exploratory record. A lot of it is improvisatory and hard to get into but - tracks 2,3,4, & 7 are worth any price, believe me. Again there is a Miles Davis influence. You just must hear the gentle pulse of track 2 & the minimal groove of track 3 if you're at all interested in "progressive" music. If you like deep rhythms, Miles and Can are the stuff.E-MAIL: macnutkp@jmu.edu Soup is influenced by Karlheinz Stockhausen, whom several members were students of.E-MAIL: Kevin Patrick MacNutt This album continues in much the same vein as their previous album Tago Mago, but much more refined. Probably their best album from their early seventies period. `Spoon` was the soundtrack for a German TV film and broughtCan their one chart success. They named their record company after this title.Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
