Comments for Savoy Brown, Raw Sienna

Ufffff!!! Can not believe there is not comments about this magnificent album, this one is indeed estraordinary, I may even say the best album of Savoy Brown, and one of the best Rythm and Blues (with it's touch of jazz and even rock'n roll) of the early seventies. Kim Simmonds guitar makes you shriver of clearlyness and purity, indeed blues. Vocalist Chris Youlden at his best as blues-jazz singer. Roger Earl on drums superb, it definetelly gives the album it's jazzy sound, try to concetrate on his sticks when you hear it. "Lonsome" Dave experimenting on his bass and guiding the whole album through it's wonderfull journey. An the counter guitar of ( do not quiet remember his name!!) it makes you appreciate what an Accomapning-leading counter guitar should be, this two guitars combinations relly makes you appreciate STEREO sound, if you get to buy the CD, may as well by TWO copies, 'cause you will play it untill you wear it out (in less tha year!!!) I am Mexican born and race, When I was 16th and discover Savoy Brown, I discovered the world, literally. THE BEST ALBUM OF SAVOY BROWN, no daubt!!!! Victor Brito http://www.angelfire.com/ga/cozumeldiving/MMT.html Thanks a million.
