Comments for Chicago, Chicago 17

If you only buy one Chicago album, this is the one to get. The main theme is love songs, and Peter Cetera is at his best in the classic rock ballad "You're the inspiration". "Hard habit to break" is another stunning record; both these songs were huge hits around the world and you can understand why. In addition, "Remember the feeling" and "Stay the night", both written by Cetera, are less well known, but also classics. The songs aren't all love songs - Bobby Lamm's excellent "We can stop the hurtin'" shows that he too can still write a classic. All round, a great album by the band which stands the test of time.

Definitely their most romantic album of the 80`s. This album features a few timeless classics. It is also the last album which includes the extremely talented Peter Cetera on vocals.
