Comments for Chumbawamba, Slap!

This is my favourite Chumba album. The sound is quite "primitive" (they are playing with their new found passion for dance/pop, while still somehow coming across like the gloriously rightious anarcho-punx they were/are), but in my opinion far ahead of it's time, hinting at things to come (not just for this band), while paying sincere homage to history. Oh yeah, and it makes me shake my booty!
