Comments for theaudience, theaudience (limited edition bonus CD)

A superb bonus disc included with early copies of the CD "theaudience", in fact arguably this disc is better than the album proper. The original version of "Mr Doasyouwouldbedoneby" is a bit flat compared to the album version, but the remaining five tracks are well worth shelling out a few extra quid, euro, dollars or whatever for. Particularly noteworthy are the immensely enjoyable first take of the hit single "I Know Enough", which is just as good as the version they released but in a very different way, and the closing song, which is a cover of an obscure 1980s song by The Grooveyard (and not the Johnny Nash number) and is as excellent as anything on the "real" album.
