Comments for Cocteau Twins, Four-Calendar Cafe

E-MAIL: afn10543@freenet.ufl.edu
The first album where Liz (lead singer) finally sings in Audible English. The Album is mapped out in such a way that the songs lead you through the album, increasing in their intensity until the climax of "Pur" (my favorite song) i don't know if the group planned it that way. But, Liz is as great as ever, and this is another notch in the beautiful clique of Cocteau music.

IF YOU READ THIS, PLEASE E-MAIL ME! I fell in love with this album and especially Liz after I saw them in Lawrence, Kansas on there Four-Calendar Cafe tour back in '94.

Mmmm...what a great album. Sparkly and sedate, rich and lush. A true feast for the ears. I highly recommend this album for anyone. Try it once, you'll love it!

"theft, and wandering around lost" is one of the most beautiful songs i have ever heard.
A beautiful recording.
