Comments for Local H, Whatever Happened To P.J. Soles?

A friend of mine who is a record reviewer was kind enough to let me listen to this album recently. I have to say that as a local h fan from many years back this album is very refreshing to here. On the plus side, it returns to a very stripped down asthetic. On the minus side, it does not seem quite as rich in those fuzzy pop riffs that make Scott Lucas's songs so damned infectious. Overall, I am happy.
