Boring album. If you really want it, buy it used. (There are plenty of'm).

A cd which shows hope for an industry which is lacking any true creative direction, and is more concerned in promoting and rewarding "cookie cutter" bands, than those which have anything new to offer the public. Kerosine Hat is not only one of the best cd''s of 1994, but one of the best cd''s of the the 90''s, period. Lowery and Hickman take the listener on a journey of varrying styles, which include "chunk" rockabilly, beautiful ballads, and most importantly good wholesome rock and roll. All this mixed in with a cynical, yet comical look on life. Kerosine Hat is one of the only cd''s I''ve heard that can pull of such a wonderful mix of styles without leaving you thinking, what the hell did I just listen to? An easy 10!!

Good release, has a couple of extra songs that are noton the track listing.

I have purchased it 3 times now and each time one of my friends steals it. I need more money, better friends, and another Kerosine hat CD.
