I love this album. I really do. There''s so much going on here that it makes listening an experience on par with albums such as "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd. I saw the Crowdies live on several occasions, with and without Mark Hart, but to have him here, fully acknowledged as a band member really made the difference between this and the previous outing. His contribution to this album gives it a certain sound that Crowded House so richly deserved, something that they could exhibit live without the addendum of session musicians and technological studio wizardary. In light of the split, it''s almost a shame that this was to be (almost) the last thing to be heard from this particular line-up, and I sincerely hope to hear Mark Hart working with Neil Finn in the not too distant future. Highlights on this album... where do I start? "Kare Kare", "In My Command", "Nails In My Feet", "Catherine Wheels", the list goes on, and all of it is like a gift to the aural senses.
Great album to make homesick New Zealanders feel even more homesick
