An Americana Country/Folk performing songwrither. I specialize in Resophonic Guitar and NON pedal steel guitar. If you like the sound of steel on strings listen to LEWIS AND CLARK PART ONE: TO THE MISSOURI BREAKS, released October 16, 2003. It is Part One of a trilogy. Part Two is due for release 2005 and Part Three 2006. The cd has 10 original songs Copyright 2003 Registered ASCAP by DAVID DEAN WHITE. On the cd, David sings, plays resophonic guitar, acoustic guitar, harmonica and mandolin. He was the featured Artist and the cd was played on the air on KOPN 89.5 FM 11/12/2003, 11/16/2003, and 11/30/2003 and the feedback was very positive. "DAVID sounds like Norman Blake" according to a listener...."DAVID reminds me of the late John Hartford," reports a fan. His sound is unique but has connections to Townes Van Zandt, Leonard Cohen. John Prine and Johnny Cash.
