This is the second best album that they've released, trailing only "Wish"

They are SO overrated. This has some good songs on it, especially the last few "Close to Me" being my favorite by far. The cassette of this, complete with all the B-sides to these singles, is much more enjoyable than the LP.

The last reviewer is an ignorant bastard. This album is jampacked with the early cure essentials. A must have.

not a bad album, but it doesnt touch into Smith's deeper and more powerful lyrics, such as "the Blood", and "the Empty World".

as i continued to explore and discover the cure after buying "disintegration" and "kiss me", i then picked this "singles collection". interesting early punk influence in "killing an arab", cool pop on "boys don't cry" (my band does a cover of this song), and i was really impressed with "10:15 saturday night". "let's go to bed" is alright, but sounds dated. there's also some raw early stuff. the "head on the door" singles are great. not a bad place to catch up on cure history. shrug.

everyone is so critical, the B side singles are to die for.
Available only on compact disc. Original sound recordings made byFiction Records.
