This was one of the most underrated, slept-on albums of 1992. . It carried with it a STRONG political message, very descriptive and honest lyrics (mostly by Unofficial member Ice Cube and undersung leader J-Dee) and bone-crunching beats. It is *not* for the feint of heart, but it holds a message that needs to be heard. Songs range from the menacing "Guerillas in the Mist" to the slow and funky "All on my Nut Sac" to the anarchistic "Freedom Got an AK". Every selection is good, and there isn''t a weak track on the entire album. This album is a rare treat that came out of nowhere.
