Comments for Deadeye Dick, A Different Story

I found this CD to be extremely excellent. One good track after another. I was a little cautious when buying it, for fear that all the songs would song alike...but to my pleasure I found that each had it's own unique flavor. This CD is definitely highly recommended.

This was, without a doubt, my favourite album of 1995 (although released in 1994). One excellent song after another, and they've done it again with their newest one, Whirl. I'm telling you, if you don't have this album there is something wrong with you.. get it NOW!!!!

This album is by far the best of the decade. The refreshing melodies, and awesome guitar melodies, and awesome guitar riffs/solos show how highly talented this band is. The song "Molly" should take over "Stairway to Heaven"'s reign. A definite 10.

I was surprised by this band. Of course "New age girl" is the one that got me buying this cd, but it has many more good songs in it too.

This is definitly the best album I have bought in at least 5 years, both Molly and Margurite show extreme talent.

This remains one of my favorite CD's. Deadeye Dick was probably the most underrated new band of 1994. Marguerite is my favorite song on this CD, but every single song is a winner. I do question thechoice of New Age Girl as the first single. Sure it was a catchy tune and everyone knows and loves it, but it isn't a good representation of the band.

Being in England I had difficulty obtaining Different Story. I had only heard of Deadeye Dick, because they have a track on Dumb And Dummer anyway, I ordering the CD and its great, totally under-rated band. I ordered Whirl as well, and another great album.
Good.
