A "greatest" hits collection from a band that refuse to die, no matter how badly they deserve to. If anything, "Vault" serves as a chilling reminder as to how bad Def Lepard were at the peak of their popularity; they essentially defined the cheezy "hair-band" stereotype. Sad, isn't it?

I admit the title "Greatest Hits" is pretty cheesy, but don't put the band down. You may like death metal or something like that but ya know, when it comes to writing song with great harmony and melody with a hard guitar sound, nobody touches DEF LEPPARD!!!

This album is great don't put it down. However when how can when love and hate collide be a greatest hit when its never been released before?

Def Leppard is the greatest band! Their songs are so fuckin'cool! Who gives a fuck about their image of being a pop metal band? As long as the music is great who gives a shit. If you're more into a band's image then your'e an asshole.

When love and Hate Collide was actually a number 2 hit in UK - so it is a hit. Pity they didn't put "Hello America" on this album :(

Any one who dares to insult Def Leppard is going to have to deal with me. They play the best stuff around. So far I have every album and can't wait to get their latest one comming out soon this year.

I have been lovin Def Lepard since about 1986. They are the absolute bomb!!!!! Aside from Aerosmith Def Lepard is my favorite rock-n-roll group and "The Vault" is an excellent collection of their best stuff!!!

Got to see them live at the Mall of American 7/27/2, promoting their "X" album. Even if only playing for a short while, to a venue within a fast-pacced mall, they put on a hell of a (short) show! Honestly, haven't picked up "X," but they played their "older" music anyways *smile*!
